TMZ Reports DMX has been slapped with a lawsuit by one really pissed off nightclub — claiming X took cash for a gig but never showed. Owls Nest Sports Lounge filed the suit in South Carolina court, claiming it hired DMX to do a meet and greet on August 25, 2012 for the bargain price of $3,000 … but X left the club high and dry. Owls Nest wants X to return the green and pay various expenses to boot … including $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
