Flavor Flav’s New Restaurant May Go Up in Smoke For Non Payment? Flavor Flav’s new returant maybe a wrap sooner than he thinks her non payment of his rent. The landlord of the property that Flavor Flav’s Chicken and RIbs sits on has filed an eviction suit against the Hip Hop Hall of Famer. The landlord claims that the monthly payments of 3,500 have been late and since September 2012 he hasn’t received payment at all. TMZ obtain court documents on the Sterling Heights, Michigan eatery and it confirms by the landlord that he hasn’t recieved payment since the grand opening. Wow is all I can say! Who gets served on stage while performing? That was hilarious. cinemablend.com reports Ciara was in Los Angeles over the weekend in order to lend her voice to the city’s LA Pride Festival. Unfortunately a dispute has arisen over another performance she tentatively agreed to in Los Angeles, later cancelling. The club she was set to perform at, Hit Factory, was none too happy about the cancelled event and kept promoting her performance, even though a rep for Ciara is saying the singer did cancel.
