Update: Chris Lighty …Ex-Wife Disputes Argument Before his Death
Chris Lighty’s death as of Friday has been ruled a suicide. His ex-wife Veronica Lighty’s friend Norman Downes made a statement on her behalf that she did not fight with him before his death. She is deeply sadden by his passing and is asking for privacy during this difficult time. Downes also stated that he was going through financial problems and was in a lot of pain prior to the incident. The NY Daily News is reporting Lighty walked out of his home stating “I’m tired of this” then went to the backyard and shot himself in the head. Evelyn Lozada: First Interview Since The “Incident”
Evelyn Lozada sat down with ABC news to talk about the incident on August 11, 2012 where she claims that Chad Johnson head butted her. Lozada explains that Johnson was asked about the condom receipt and he replied he brought them for a friend. She states in the interview she knew he was lying and said “her marriage was the laughing stock!” then soon after her statement he grabbed her by the shoulders and head butted her.
