Ciara is on a promotional tour for her new album “Ciara” which was called “One Woman Army”. Ciara stopped by 106th and Park during her promotional rounds. Bow Wow introduced her with great enthusiasm but when she came out and they hugged it looked so weird. Even the interview seemed uncomfortable.
