KEVIN HART BUSTED FOR DUI! On Sunday morning Kevin Hart was arrested and charged with a DUI. The superstar comedian released a statement to TMZ after he was released from the Los Angeles Police station. Hart said there was no truth to him almost hitting a gas tanker and he passed the sobriety test. He claims to have failed the breathalyzer and also openly admitted to being drunk while driving. He says the reason why he was arrested was for resisting arrest.
