A New Jersey woman has pleaded not guilty to reckless manslaughter in the case of a man who died after having his penis illegally injected with silicone. She appeared Tuesday in a Newark courtroom. Kasia Rivera who police say allegedly gave the injection could have injected others but no one has come forth to confirm other procedures. Court documents state that 35-year-old Rivera gave 22-year-old Justin Street the injection in May. After the procedure he died the next day. Street’s death was ruled a homicide following an investigation. Medical examiner’s determined he died of a silicone embolism. Rivera is currently out on a 75,000 bail until her next appearance in…

Tracy and her two older sons went to check the attic, but didn’t find anything unusual. “The kids were saying, ‘You’re getting old. You’re hearing things. You’re crazy,’” Tracy said.
