I Cried On a Turkish Morning…
This morning I felt the crisp Turkish air and heard the sounds of stray wooden sticks scraping the ground without direction. The view overlooking the bridge of calm waters and slow traffic. It felt like Sunday at home.

It’s crazy how one decision can change your life forever. When my husband accepted this job abroad and I came along I had no idea the adventures we would take together. I woke up this morning in Turkey! Who does that?! Well getting here wasn’t all that great I tell you. No one told me I should have worn a swimsuit on the plane ride here!

Today I Thought of My Dad!
Today I woke up to a crazy loud knock on the door along with insane amounts of doorbell ringing. Startled from my sleep I ran to the door thinking it may have been Jay. So I call out his name and said I am coming to the door. Something told me look through the peephole to make sure it was him before opening.
